  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore
Biography：

With close to three decades in finance, Voon Hoo has led audits at a Big Four firm, held CFO roles in listed companies, and now advises on corporate investment, financing, M&A, and IPOs. His track record includes successful acquisitions, complete share sales, and listings in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US.
