Mr. Ge Yongjun, the firm’s founder and managing partner, established the company in 2009. He has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience in both China and Singapore. Before moving to Singapore, he held senior management positions in a large Chinese state-owned enterprise. He is well-versed in the accounting standards, tax systems, relevant laws, and business practices of both countries.
Under his leadership, the company has experienced rapid growth in recent years. His strong business acumen enables him to provide practical and commercially sound advice to enterprises in Singapore and China. Mr. Ge has audited companies in industries including petroleum, chemicals, rubber and other commodities trading, retail, construction, manufacturing, real estate development, and investment holding. His clients’ operations span Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
